Signs Your Pet May Need Dermatology Care

Skin issues often start small but can quickly impact your pet’s comfort and quality of life. You should schedule a visit if you notice:

• Excessive scratching, licking, or chewing

• Red, inflamed, or irritated skin

• Hair loss or thinning coat

• Recurring ear infections or head shaking

• Odor coming from skin or ears

• Hot spots, scabs, or sores

Addressing these symptoms early helps prevent them from becoming chronic or more difficult to manage.
